Aren Cohen, MBA, MAPP ‘07 brings to positive psychology a variety of business experience in the entrepreneurial, non-profit and corporate finance worlds. Formerly the Vice President of Business Development at FundingPost, Aren also spent two years working as a venture capitalist at Scripps Ventures, where she primarily focused on investments in the education industry. In addition, Aren has also worked in various financial capacities at the Guggenheim Museum, CBS, Inc. and two start-up companies, Skoodles, Inc. and Concrete Media Construction and has served as a consultant to start-up businesses. Aren has a private practice using positive psychology working with academically, motivationally and emotionally challenged students, and she is the process of making her Masters thesis into a book. Aren holds a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard University and her Masters of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. |
