I like the proactive nature of your moral education.  

It isn't restricted to discussing moral dilemmas -- which someone (Jon Haidt?) pointed out was a particularly inefficient and ineffective way of teaching morals.  If I get a windfall of time, I'll go looking for that reference.

It includes helping teenagers learn the habits that go into moral behavior and take inventory of the strengths they can draw on when challenged.
