Margaret Greenberg, MAPP. After spending the first 15 years of her career in corporate Human Resources, Margaret founded The Greenberg Group — an organizational effectiveness consulting practice — in 1997. She specializes in coaching executives and teams using a strengths-based approach. Her clients include Aetna Healthcare, Hanover Insurance Group, The MITRE Corporation, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, and UnumProvident to name a few. Margaret is recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) trained in the co-active coaching methodology. As part of her commitment to life-long learning, Margaret graduated in May 2006 with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania - the first graduate program of its kind that focuses on what’s right about people and organizations. Most recently Margaret has been sharing the results of her research study “Optimistic Managers and Their Impact on Productivity and Employee Engagement in a Technology Organization” with corporate audiences. |
