| Marie-Josée Salvas, MAPP, is the Co-Founder of Optimal Living, a company who combines the sciences of management, positive psychology, fitness, nutrition and neuroscience to offer Personal Effectiveness Consultancy services. To date, Marie-Josée has taught over 400 instruction sessions internationally.Marie-Josée earned her degree in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management at McGill University, Montreal. After a successful career in the financial services industry, she received her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She then worked at the Penn Positive Psychology Center as Director and Founder Martin Seligman’s assistant instructor and is currently studying with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates to be a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant.
In business, Marie-Josée uses her extensive training to help client companies maximize their capabilities and transform their cultures into more productive and rewarding environments. Marie-Josée finds energy in exercising, balance in healthy cooking and inspiration in hiking. She has previous training in theater, dance and martial arts.
