Timothy T.C. So, Msc, PhD Candidate, an Associate Editor for Positive Psychology News Daily, is coordinating for both theTraditional andSimplified Chinese Positive Psychology News Daily. He writes about the application of positive psychology to management and business cross-culturally monthly. Timothy is also a Chief Research & Development Officer of the Asian Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (ACAPP), a Founding Member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and Charter Member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
Timothy currently works as a Management Ph.D Researcher for Cass Business School and Research Corroborator for University of Cambridge. He also had research experiences in over five first-class universities over the world. As a Reg. Occupational Psychologist, Timothy engaged in the consulting industry and worked for SHL (specializing in HR) and RSG Consulting (specializing in legal industries) in Hong Kong and London office respectively. Timothy completed his MSc degree in Work Psychology & Business from Aston Business School with Distinction in 2007 after obtaining his bachelor degree in Psychology in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006. He also completed a certificated programme on Judgement and Decision Making in Management from London School of Economics in 2008. With his enthusiasm for improving corporate leadership and organizational management by means of positive psychology as well as other rising disciplines, Timothy is pursuing his PhD of management in Cass Business School with full scholarship.
